As the Assistant Manager of Social Media and Marketing, I grew @bliss’ following by 300% during my 1.5 years with the brand. The content I created and curated consistently performed above the beauty industry benchmark of 1.5% Engagement Rate (Source: Dash Hudson). I also helped cement the brand’s social presence, voice, look and feel following its relaunch in 2018.
